Iruan fundou o Grupo Pineapple para fazer aquilo que os fundos não fazem: construir empresas a partir do zero, mantendo capital paciente e tese de longo prazo. Sua atuação combina capital, operação e estratégia em um único arranjo institucional.

Antes da Pineapple, Iruan acumulou experiência em construção e escala de produtos digitais no Brasil e em mercados emergentes. Hoje lidera o grupo a partir da convicção de que as próximas décadas pertencem a quem souber alinhar fundadores excepcionais a horizontes de tempo que a maioria dos investidores não consegue sustentar.
